The experience I had at Ghostly Manor Thrill Center today was TERRIBLE �� They was so rude and disrespectful to me, my mom and my sister. We went in there and spent over 60$ to spend time with each other and the customer service was ridiculous from start to finish. The first girl we spoke with had an attitude. Her and the boy at the register had so much tension that I had to ask if they were together or brother and sister and his response was “she is having a bad day and has been moody all day”. He caught attitude with me because I accidentally put my card in before I confirmed payment amount... and said to me “ugh confirm first” may not seem like a big deal to most but his tone of voice and facial expression rubbed me all the way wrong. We came encounter with the first rude girl again... eventually we asked was everything okay and she responded “I’m on my period” First VERY unprofessional and not an excuse when you are working. Let me put the icing on the cake.... we asked the first boy was it an age limit on one of the attractions and he responded “ you’re to old....... to my mom” we tried to ask another boy who was walking right behind him and he completely ignored us as we kept saying “excuse me excuse me” anybody that knows me know that was the last straw...!!!!! ����� I immediately asked for a manger cause it was just way too much disrespect even after we ignored the first couple of situations. So the manager asked “what was going on” and in mid conversation (as we explaining it) she says “hold up” and goes and get the “black” manager. Now the story unfolds every other worker was black except 1. So clearly she thought the black manger would’ve been able to handle the situation. FIRST off NO MA’AM !!! First thing she says “I can give y’all free passes to come back.” Now why in the world would I want to come back after all this. Then she says “well I’ll have to call my boss to do a money return.” I NEVER ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK NOR DID I EVEN WANT A REFUND!!! ALL WE WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY FOR YALL RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! �� BOTTOM LINE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT ATTEND THIS FACILITY UNTIL THEY DO SOME TRAINING FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! ...
